Each 3rd Thursday of the month, at 6pm there will be the Whole Food Plant Based Cooking Demonstration and lecture at the church. Dr David Rych will be presenting and then there will be a tasting of some of the food.
He presents healthy lifestyle choices and food choices in a winsome and understandable way. Come learn more about healthy choices you can make.
